Telecaller Executive in Yoctel Solutions Pvt. Ltd.


Yoctel with its legacy of educationists and academicians has come up with most user friendly
and innovative solutions for educational institutions like universities, engineering colleges,
medical colleges, coaching institutes etc
Designation : Telecaller Executive
Minimum Experience : 1 Year to 3 Year (Freshers may also apply)
Location: New Delhi
Positions : 5
Joining: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Remuneration: As per Industry standards
Required Attributes:
The role will be to work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new
contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process including building and maintaining your own
business pipeline selling all products offered by Yoctel. Campaign type and duration will vary depending
on client requirements. Full training is given for all new client campaigns and top up training is given on
longstanding campaigns, full support is also available.
Requirements:
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Good attention to detail
• Computer literate and experience in database navigation
• Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Confident, self motivated and commission driven
• Friendly personality and team player

Responsibilities:
• Make telephone calls to prospects
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
• Attend campaign briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients products and services and the
objectives of specific campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality
• Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign
calls
• Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
• Generate Leads from Google, other online methods and manual tools.
