  • Graduation is mandatory

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software

  • Talking to the customers through a series of actions to resolve their problems
  • Speaking to customers and identifying the roots of their problems
  • Providing accurate and timely customer feedback
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
