1. Customer Focus, Address customer complaints, Internal & External Audits 7 Surveillance Audit.
2. Sound knowledge of program conduction of ISO/TS 16949:2009, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, OHSAS, CSR implementation.
3. In - house rejection control by using various techniques like: problem analysis tool 7QC & 5W analysis.
4. Involve in Kaizen activities to improve the quality, cost reduction and increase the productivity.
5. Should be able to maintain the documents like CP, FMEA, PPAP, 8D & CAPA.
6. Adherence of system related to QM.
7. Planning & implementation of best activities (CFT/QC/TPS/IP, MSM Implementation)
