Job Summary: The Human Resources Representative Lead-Senior Specialist provides general human resources support for assigned personnel and or projects or units to include staffing retention orientation career development performance management compensation employee relations and communications. The HR Rep Lead ensures that HR policies and practices are consistent with company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented. Reporting: Reports to: Client Group or Unit HR Lead Country HR Lead GS HR Director Business Practices HR Lead Supervises: 1-3 HR Representative Generalists External Relationships: HR service providers-as appropriate. Key Responsibilities: •The Human Resources Representative -Senior Specialist supports general human resources activities. •He or she will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities. •Where applicable the HR Representative Generalist will provide input to resolve supply or demand issues and will provide input into resource planning activities. •He or she typically supports 1000+ personnel in the same entity or geography or workforce. •He or she makes recommendations and suggests solutions within their own group which is typically a standard team with high complexity.
