HR Remedy is Hiring for HR Executive/Recruiter.
1. Understanding the client requirements and manage end to end recruitment.
2. Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks also various Groups, free sites, communities, and also on local database by applying appropriate search strings
3. Excel and system tagging the profiles.
4. Explaining the job role and interview processes to the candidates.
5. Following up with the candidates for the interview.
6. Coordinating for the various rounds of interviews.
7. Supporting in onboarding formalities.
8. 6 working days in a week.
1. Graduates/Post Graduates having minimum of 6 Months of recruitment experience into a Bulk Hiring.
*Freshers can also apply.
Age Bars: Should be less than 26 Years.
Work Timings: 11 am - 7 pm
Job Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
