PROFILE : Customer Care Executive (Email/Chat) Job Profile :
- Will receive pre or post order related queries email/chat from the customers.
- Will be Coordinating with internal departments for instant customer resolution.
- Will be resolving/answering general/critical information of customer's order status.
? Communication Skills
- Excellent email/chat writing skills
- WPM 35+ words per minute for Chat
? Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream with excellent communication skills and relevant Email and
- 12 months and above of Call Center back end experience is must
- Fresher would be considered only if they've excellent grip on grammar and sentence construction with basic email writing concept.
? Computer Proficiency
- Agent should be well versed with computers (Basic MS office) and should have a
good typing speed (upwards of 35+ WPM)
- Should be residing in or around Gurgaon OR is willing to relocate
