Job Description

This position is responsible for understanding & developing assigned area to maximize and grow revenue, profits and acquiring new business.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead generation, qualification and management
Brand & business management, GTM planning and execution
Actively manage the entire sales process from lead generation to on enrolments.
Build and Manage the sales practice
Ability to map-customer requirements with product roadmap and contribute in driving product development efforts
Getting new students enrolled and provide necessary information
Manage student relationship, including escalations
Coordination with team to achieve sales targets for the region

Head Office Cordination:
Co-ordination with Head Office and various departments for smooth operations to ensure satisfied students resulting in maximum enrolments.
Competition mapping and periodic feedback to management.
Implementation of management’s short term as well as long term plans.

Graduate / Post Graduate
MBA/PGDM (Full Time/Part Time)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in Sales, preferably in Education / Training Industry. Exposure to Distance Education will be added advantage.
