Position: Assistant Manager-HR
Experience: 8 to 10 yrs experience with 5S knowledge, Excellent Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
1. To look after HR activities for the company to handle all the HR responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal, Training, Employee Welfare.
2. Coordinate execution of various employee welfare activities across departments Drives the recruitment process at the regional level.
3. Ensure timely recruitment of staff and workers with required skill sets as per approved manpower plan within reasonable costs. Performance management and career development for employees.
4. Having a telephonic discussion with candidates and validating them from an HR point of view.
5. To handle complete recruitments, staff welfare activities, employee motivation, and building up a strong team for the company. We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources.
6. To develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures regarding human resource planning, We are looking for someone with excellent HR and recruiting skills. Participates in management, and company staff meetings.
