Role & Responsibilties -
I am looking for Team Manager (Team Leader) into Operations/Customer Service for one of the most renowned Brand Name in E-commerce industry Globally!
? Experience in Contact Center Operations / Customer Service (Voice, Non Voice) is a must.
? Experience into AHT, CSAT, NPS is must.
? Total experience should be 6+ years, out of which 2+ years of experience into Team Handling (Span-15-20) is a must.
? Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills.
? Should be comfortable with 24*7 environment.
? Work from home (100%).
? 5 days working
? Graduation is mandatory.
