Recruitment Manager
Main Responsibility Areas:
1. Conduct Manpower budgeting
Exercise for the organisation and hire as per plan
2. Recruit from different sources like social media and references.
4. Lead a team of recruiters. Motivate and drive team to achieve results
5. Work within TAT of hiring requirements
6. Must be tech savvy and managed working on a recruitment tool
7. Must be proficient in excel and presentation
8. Preparation of JDs with function heads and hire as per competences set
9. Work with HRBP to design the organisation structure and design for all functions
10. Hire as per internal and external benchmark and strike a right offer
11. Strive to hire as per company’s culture and hire right
13. Strong negotiation and communication skills
Male or female. Salary up to 19 to20 lacs pa – Location – Bangalore -Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree – Preferably Post graduates form IIM or A+ Good B School is a Big Plus
• Typically 8-10 years of relevant experience with 4+ years’ experience at management level
• Experience in hiring non IT, service and sales teams is must
