Role & Responsibilties -
Working with the team to provide day-to-day monitoring and management of the existing estate.
To evaluate and apply any necessary operating system security patches, hotfixes, service packs and hardware updates.Team responsibility for ensuring all Mac services are available and performing as intended.You will be expected to provide out of hours, on-call support for critical systems on a shift rota basis and, where necessary, work the occasional weekend/evening to perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs or troubleshooting.
