Role & Responsibilties -
Job Description
- Planning, conception and organization in the introduction and further development of telecom and call center systems with a focus on Genesys
- Installation of the TK components and services as well as commissioning and support
- Maintenance and optimization of the systems, their components and the services in the networks of the customers
Qualification
- Strong configuration knowledge of the call center Platform Genesys
- Several years of experience in call center infrastructures
- Sound knowledge in the telecommunications environment
- Very good knowledge in the TCP / IP environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products
- English Fluent is a MUST
