I am looking for Group Manager (Ops Manager Equal) into Operations/Customer Service for one of the most renowned Brand Name in E-commerce industry Globally!
? Experience in Operations / Customer Service is a must.
? Direct experience in Contact Center Operations (Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, or Collections) is a must
? Total experience should be 9+ years, out of which 5+ Years of Management Experience in handling large span (span 80-130) is a must
? Strong oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written communication skills.
? Should be comfortable with 24*7 environment.
? MBA degree or equivalent experience
? Work from Home (100%).
? 5 days working.
? Package: Up to 15.5 Lpa.
