Role and Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
o Nurture a positive working environment
o Report to management and provide decision-making support through HR metrics
o Conduct new employee orientation and employee relations counseling
o Drive Retention strategies
o Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation and conduct exit
interviews to determine reasons of separation
o Maintain department records and reports
o Handle end to end HR work for the process
o Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
o Plan and conduct new employee orientation sessions to foster positive attitude
toward the Company goals
