Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate as a member of the CN leadership team, operating as a business advisor in relation to the definition and execution of the operational agenda

• Shape and ensure execution of the priority agenda, helping CNLT to execute and achieve business results

• Drive CN Business Planning working with leadership to establish priorities and annual plan for the CN

• Define business requirements and oversee all reporting and analytics enabling performance measurement and management of the business review processes

• Lead & support operational initiatives, providing leadership to drive operational excellence through processes and business services

• Provide oversight and leadership to the Performance Reporting & Analytics team working to establish standards and processes for SOB, scorecards, pipeline reports, pricing analysis, growth market financial reporting, other standard and ad hoc reports

• Plan & prepare for Capability Network Leadership forums, agenda planning, etc

• Provide oversight and leadership to the execution of CN operations, managing investment and DNP budgets, mobility programs, visa management, workplace areas including facilities, infrastructure, India location support and compliance

• Enable a high-performance business operations function through day to day leadership and supervision

• Provide team leadership to the business operations team through coaching, and by developing skills and capabilities of individuals
