Job Description

We welcome Experienced or Freshers with excellent communication skills, smart working, and learning attitude.

Will be an advantage for candidates with experience in debt collections.

At least 6 months to 1-year experience in International voice process (BPO industry).
Good Communication Skill
Fluent English


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Making Calls in US and Canada.
  • Keep tracking outstanding Accounts and debts
  • Plan a course of action to recover owed money
  • Locate and contact debtors
  • Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
  • Handle customers' questions or complaints
  • Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
  • Build trust with debtors
  • Update account status and database regularly
  • Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable

Job Time : (US shifts) timing between 5:30 pm & 9:30 am IST.

Unlimited Incentives

Sundays fixed off (Alternate Saturdays).
