We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, persuasive & competitive person to develop sales strategies and attract new students. He/she will responsible for influencing potential students to enrol in the programs offered by the Institute by giving them correct & complete information about the programs and admissions. He/she will be responsible to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. He/she will play a key role in increasing admissions, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead generation, Counselling and Enrolment
Converting enquiries into admissions.
Reporting about day-to day work
Maintain accurate and complete student records as required.
Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, and professional sources.
Conduct follow-up to enrol or determine if their needs have been met.
Attend professional meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops, in order to maintain and improve professional competence.
Refer students to degree programs based on interests, aptitudes, or educational assessments.
Counsel students to obtain information about employment history, educational background, and career goals.
Manage student relationship, including escalations
Coordination with team to achieve sales targets for the region

Head Office Cordination:
Co-ordination with Head Office and various departments for smooth operations to ensure satisfied students resulting in maximum enrolments.
Competition mapping and periodic feedback to management.
Implementation of management’s short term as well as long term plans.
Graduate / Post Graduate
MBA/PGDM (Full Time/Part Time)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of work experience in Sales, preferably in Education / Training Industry. Exposure to Distance Education will be added advantage.
Skills & Abilities
Good communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi both is must)
Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
