Responsibilities and Duties
Should have 4 to 5yrs of experience.
Supervising a team of 10+ Tele-callers of inbound process, generation and fulfilment for sourcing of patient appointment from inbound calls.
Tracking, meeting daily, weekly, monthly revenue and monitoring performance of the team.
Provide training to the team and responsible for delivering an excellent experience to patients, call quality and fulfilment of commitments.
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance.
Provides quality patient service, answering patient enquiries, and effectively handling the patient requirement.
