Job Description

As sponsorship sales Executive /BDE you will be selling our sponsorship packages, showcase sponsors presentations. Once you have become comfortable with the industry and proposition, we will then step you up into a full sponsorship role where you will be selling the higher value opportunities. It therefore provides the perfect transition role for someone with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Selling corporate sponsorship opportunities to different types of luxury brands, spanning all sectors Fashion, lifestyle, food to drink and other brands.
  • You will be selling package based sponsorship across both new and launch events, all of which are extremely exclusive.
  • Managing Activation of specific sponsorship within the portfolio.
  • Managing Campaigns and workflow of sponsorship activity
  • Contribution innovative brand activation ideas.
  • Working closely with internal departments to manage the distribution of sponsorship assets.
  • Providing regular progress reports and feedback on partnership accounts
  • Co-coordinating staffing schedule in terms of hosting VIPs, Media, B2B partners and contestants & winners
  • Monitoring competitor’s activity and reporting findings.
  • Responsible for delivering year on year sponsorship revenue growth in line with targets & KPI’s
  • Maximize cross-sales across client base for all relevant events
  • Research, identify and build pipelines of qualified leads to develop new business
  • Develop strong relationships and grow revenues with existing customers
  • Build and demonstrate effective sales pitches for existing and new events
  • Develop healthy sales pipelines and demonstrate regular movement through the sales pipeline
  • Understand customer’s business objectives and identify sponsorship and exhibition solutions that deliver on those objectives
  • Create solutions to close any predicted revenue shortfalls
