This role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by selling products to prospective customers.
• Handling the team of 12 to 15 agents.
• Mentoring and effective Training.
• To help them for generate the business through online sales.
• To Motivate them and retain.
• To ensure meting monthly targets through Online sales.
• To take timely effective meeting.
• Making outbound phone calls on leads provided.
• Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs
• Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients
• Adhering to processes and quality standards.
• 6 Days working. SKILLS & EXPERTISE
• Graduates/Post Graduates with 3 to 6 year of experience in sales, tele sales, outbound sales, inside sales with revenue targets
• Good spoken communication skills in English
• Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
