Microsoft Excel, SQL, call center Platform Genesys, Telecommunications Specialist
Call Center/BPO or Contact Center background.
Should have 4 to 10 years of WFM experience with atleast 1 year experience as Lead or Assistant Manager on papers.
Good working experience in MS Excel, Macros, MS Access, and SQL is a must.
Responsible for data collection, sorting & generating MIS.
Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and with others in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
Should be comfortable with 24*7 shifts.
Strong stakeholder management.
