- Must be able to cater to 3-4 requirements a day.
- Must be able to submit atleast 2 qualified submissions per requirement.
- Must be able to make submissions within 60 minutes of requirement allocated.
- Must talk to candidates in-depth about qualification, interest and genuineness.
- Must be able to identify skill based sub-vendors and start building relationship with them.
- Adhere to the organization system JobDiva, Process Compliances, Email format, Job Posting Format, etc.
- Must meet client defined SLA’s (TAT, Quality, Submission format etc.).
- Generate References for Hard-To-Find or Ongoing skills/Demands from the pipeline and placed candidates.
- Responsiveness: Providing feedback and respond to every candidate query who has shown interest in our open demands.
- Share market Insight/Intelligence related to the shared job with his respective Account/Delivery Manager.
- Posting requisitions over the Applicant Tracking System (Jobdiva) and Job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.)
- Understanding of labor compliances like EEOC, FCRA, Immigration etc.
- In-depth knowledge of US employment tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099 etc.
