This individual will be responsible to spearhead the local Contract Management & Supplier Performance Management team which is an extension for U.S team. He / She will also be Responsible for day to day operations, floor management, performance management, client management, escalation management, total quality management, project management, efficiency management and overall managing the team in delivering effective services.
