Job Responsibilities:
Start from Scratch
Build and manage a team
• Accountable for managing entire Cosmetics business in the UP( Ghaziabad and nearby areas)
• Spearheading efforts across handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to developing a
competitive business development and sales & service strategy, uncovering/ creating new
• identifying dynamic and flexible.
• Presently managing Stockiest Operations in Uttar Pradesh( Mainly Ghaziabad and nearby areas)
• Handling distributors.
• Organized in shop promotions for product & coverage awareness.
• Distribution, Promotion and selling of the new products in the territory.
• Leading, training, motivating and monitoring the sales team to achieve the organizational goal
