Job Description

HR Services Specialist

Responsibilities

The HR Services Specialist will be responsible for the execution of transactional customer facing duties within the talent acquisition and administration work streams within HR Services, main responsibilities will include

  • Handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership of cases, following established processes.
  • Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR Services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes
  • Proactively escalates issues as needed to the appropriate partner within HR
  • Follow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes, resolution of HR and benefit issues, timesheet discrepancies
  • Perform quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all HR services delivered to partners
  • Identify areas of process improvement and potential liability regarding HR compliance
  • Provide necessary trainings to new HR team members and managers concerning HR Services procedures
  • Coordinate, assist and conduct investigations as assigned
  • Prepare reports and analyze data on HRS metrics and translate for use in discussions for performance review meetings
  • Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Give mentoring support for junior team members/new joiner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Position Criteria

  • Experience with HR related subject matter including: recruitment & selection, compensation, benefits & data privacy
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across the organization
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to utilize Excel’s analytical functionality for data analytics and reporting
  • Utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Case System, Taleo, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
  • Perfect fluency in English and Czech
