Hands on work to translate business requirements into Technical Functional Designs. ? Contributing to Test Plan development and execution. ? Minimum 6 years of experience analysing and documenting Business Requirements ? Education domain and payment product management experience preferred ? Analytical skills and attention to detail in written documentation ? Organizational skills and time management ? Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution. Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions. ? Strong presentation and communication skills with a keen eye for details. Oral and written communications. ? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint. Responsible for Plan, Analyse, Design, Code, Test and Deploy Visual Basic Windows Application. ? Expert in MS SQL relational database design, normalization, usage SPs, Triggers and Views. Competencies (required as part of this role) Technical skills required Primary ?
